The owners Ruth Dessie RN, BSN, Veterinarian and her husband Afework CNA, Bachelor in Management, manages the home and lives at home. Ruth is a Husky Nurse who has ample experience in working with patients at long term care facilities and hospital based setting . Ruth is easy going, compassionate and always ready to work with family and their loved ones to meet their needs. From her past experience she believed residents thrive most in small home setting than being in larger facilities. She and her staff works to promote independence in a peaceful and comfortable home setting by providing queuing, reminders, and providing the support needed based on an individualized plan for each resident.
